New Wine:

 

Foxglove Cab: The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a huge, unoaked wine bursting with dark red fruit, sweet flower, spices, leather and licorice. The Cabernet Sauvignon saw no oak at all; the richness comes just from the intensity of the fruit. This is one of the very finest wines being made from Paso Robles fruit.New Wines:

Chamisal Pinot Noir:  Enjoy this bottling for its explosive deep cherry and strawberry on the palate, accented by our signature Chamisal spice notes for beautiful complexity.

Flip Flop Chard:  Medium-bodies , rich Chardonnay with pineapple, soft vanilla and long lingering finish. Creamy, toasted oak notes pair well with wood-fired foods.

Cloudy Bay Sauv Blanc:  Is an international benchmark wine noted for its vibrant aromatics, layers of pure fruit flavors.

Hahn Cabernet:  The nose is of black cherry, anise, olive and cedar.  Rich, ripe and sweet flavors of dark fruits, raspberry and hard candies that finish with a whiff of tobacco.

 

New Beer:

Piraat Belgian Golden Ale:    Piraat is a rich rounded brew that packs a mighty punch.  It has lots of hops, earthy yeasts and malt, mild sweetness and peppery spice and tropical fruits, with a drying bitterness for the finish.

Sierra Nevada Glissade:  Glissade Golden Bock is remarkably mellow, with layers of subtle malt flavor balanced by a touch of delicate European hops.

Choco Vine:  Is a French Cabernet combined with rich dark chocolate from Holland, paired togather to create a decadent, silky smooth drink served on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Adult Chocolate Milk:  Is a rich creamy chocolate milk flavored liqueur.
